Define Fee

Define Fee (Fee Allocation)

Master Fee Configuration

This is the most critical step in Fee Management. Here, you link a **Fee Head** (e.g., Tuition Fee) to a specific **Course, Semester, and Fee Structure**, and define the actual **Amount** (e.g., ₹50,000). Without this step, the system won't know how much to charge a student.

Multi-Course Selection

You can select multiple courses at once. This is useful if the "Security Fee" is the same for all Engineering courses.

B
Semester Specific

Fees are defined per semester. If "Tuition Fee" is charged in both Sem 1 and Sem 2, you must add it for both semesters separately.

Pro Tip: The "Academic Session" ensures that if fees increase next year, the old records remain unchanged.
