College Room Master

Infrastructure Setup

The **College Room Master** is the most granular level of infrastructure setup. Here, you define the actual rooms (Classrooms, Labs, Staff Rooms) available on each floor of a building. These rooms are then used for creating timetables, seating plans, and asset allocation.

(Can be used in any period)
(Mark if under maintenance)

Timetable Slot Availability

Checking "Is Available For All Slot" makes this room selectable for any time slot in the timetable module. Uncheck if it's a specialized lab with limited hours.

Naming Convention

Use descriptive room numbers like "LH-1" (Lecture Hall 1) or "CL-2" (Computer Lab 2) to make identification easier during scheduling.
