Allocate Subject Group
Bulk Subject Mapping
This module streamlines the curriculum assignment process. Instead of manually adding subjects to each student, you use this screen to **Bulk Assign** a "Subject Group" (created in the Subject Group Master) to an entire section. You can also manage individual student subjects here (removing incorrect electives).
Select Class & Group
First, select the target class. Then, choose the Subject Group you want to apply to everyone.
Student Subject Matrix
Below is the list of students in the selected section. You can see which subjects are assigned. You can remove specific subjects or assign a different group to a specific student.

Bulk vs Individual
Use the top dropdown ("Apply Bulk") to set the baseline (e.g., Compulsory Subjects). Then, use the individual row dropdowns to add specific electives for students who deviate from the norm.
Removing Subjects
Clicking the small 'x' next to a subject removes it only for that student. This is useful if a student drops a subject or changes their elective.
