The **Room Wise Bed** module is the final step in hostel configuration. Here, you define the individual beds within a specific room. For example, if Room 123 is a "4 Seater", you must create 4 separate bed records (123/1, 123/2, etc.). This allows the system to track exactly which bed is occupied by which student.

Naming Convention
It is best practice to name the bed as "Room No / Bed No" (e.g., 123/1). This makes it easy to identify in lists.

Auto-Status
Usually, the "Is Allocated" status updates automatically when you assign a student in the **"Apply Hostel"** module. You rarely need to check it manually here.
