The **Category Master** is used to define student reservation categories such as **General, SC, ST, OBC, and EWS**. These categories are essential for generating reports, managing quota-based admissions, and applying specific fee concessions.

Why Categories?
Categories are linked to **Fee Concessions**. For example, if you create an "SC/ST" category, you can later create an automatic scholarship rule for it in the Concession Algorithm module.
Note: Ensure spellings are correct (e.g., use "OBC" consistently) to avoid duplicate reports.
