The **Generate Teacher ID Card** module is designed for the swift issuance of faculty identity cards. Whether you are onboarding new staff or renewing cards for existing faculty, this module allows you to select teachers individually or in bulk (up to 200 at a time) and generate print-ready ID cards instantly.
1 Faculty List & Generation
Bulk Processing
Use the "Select This Page" checkbox to select up to 200 teachers at once. Clicking "Generate" will create a consolidated PDF file containing all selected ID cards, ready for printing.
Status Tracking
The system tracks who has already received a card. If a card is already "Issued", the button changes to prevent accidental duplicate printing (unless you choose to regenerate).
