Apply Hostel (Room Allocation)
Visual Seat Booking
The **Apply Hostel** module is a visual tool for room allocation. Instead of selecting room numbers from a list, you view the **Live Floor Plan** of the hostel. You can see which rooms are fully occupied (Red) and which have vacant beds (Green). Clicking on a vacant room opens the allocation form to assign a student.

Clicking on a vacant room opens this form. Here you select the student and confirm their bed assignment.
Add Student Detail
Auto-Fetch Data
When you select a student, their personal details (Father Name, Address) are automatically fetched from the **Student Profile**. This prevents data mismatch.
Real-time Occupancy
Once allocated, the bed turns **Red** on the floor plan instantly. The system prevents double-booking the same bed.
