Academic Terms Configuration
The **Semester Master** is where you define the academic terms or stages of a course. Whether your institute follows a Semester system (I, II, III...) or a Yearly system (1st Year, 2nd Year), you create those labels here. These semesters are later linked to courses, subjects, and fee structures.

Standard Naming
It is recommended to use standard Roman numerals (I, II, III) or clear text (Year 1, Year 2) to maintain consistency across reports.

Usage
Once created here, you can map these semesters to Courses in the **Course Master** module and define fees for them in the **Define Fee** module.
