Course Batch Semester Breakup

Course Batch Semester Breakup

Academic Term Scheduling

While the "Course Batch Master" defines the full duration (e.g., 4 Years), the **Semester Breakup** divides that period into specific terms (Sem 1, Sem 2, etc.). Here, you define the **Start Date** and **End Date** for each semester within a batch. This is essential for promoting students to the next semester automatically.

A
Sequence (Order)

The Order dropdown defines the sequence. Semester I should be Order 1, Semester II Order 2, and so on. This helps in auto-promotion logic.

B
Dates & Sessions

Mapping the exact dates helps the system know which semester is "Current". For example, if today is Oct 2024, and Sem 3 dates are Aug-Dec 2024, the system knows the student is in Sem 3.
