This module lists all students who have successfully paid their initial **Registration Fee**. These are high-intent leads ready for the next step: **Form Verification** and **Course Fee Application**. Admin can view their full details, verify documents, and assign the final course fees here.
1 Student List & Filters
Filter students by College, Department, or Status to manage the admission workflow efficiently.
Filters Available
- Academic Session: e.g., 2024-25 (Odd/Even)
- College/Dept: Filter by specific faculty like Engineering or Arts.
- Status:
- Registration Fee Paid (Default for this list)
- Form Submitted/Verified
- Adm Fee Paid (Fully/Partially)
Table Columns
Shows key info like Name, Father Name, Course, Phone, and Payment Status (Paid/1500).
2 The "Actions" Button
Clicking on Actions opens a menu to process the student's application further.
1. Form
View the complete application form filled by the student.
2. Apply Fee
Assign course/semester fees to the student.
3. Verify Doc
Check uploaded documents (Mark sheets, ID Proofs).
4. Follow-up
Log calls and update status manually.
Others
3 Student Form View
Clicking "Form" opens the full application filled by the student. Admin must verify these details before accepting the admission.
Programs Applied
Shows the course chosen by the student (e.g., B.Tech Food Technology) along with the Payment Status (Success). Ensure this matches the fee paid.
Payment Details
Lists all transactions: Registration Fee (₹1500) and any other payments. Includes Transaction ID and Date for cross-verification with bank records.
Personal & Academic Info
Contains basic details (DOB, Father's Name, Category) and academic history (10th/12th Marks). Admin checks eligibility here.
Documents & Undertaking
View uploaded files (Aadhar, Marksheets). The student's undertaking confirms the data is true, protecting the institute legally.
4 Applying Course Fees
When you click "Apply Fee", a modal opens to finalize the fee structure for the student.

2. Select Fee Components
- Applied Course: Select the course (e.g., B.Tech Food Tech).
- Semester: Choose current semester (e.g., Sem 1).
- Fee Structure: Pick the applicable fee plan.
